April Day (Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma) received her B.A. in 2002 from Stanford University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 2007. As part of the Columbia Law School chapters, she served as Co-Chair of NALSA, as an executive member of the Trial Team, on the board of the American Constitution Society, and as an executive board member of ACLU Student Chapter. She also participated in the Tenants' Rights Project, Uncontested Divorce Project for survivors of domestic violence, RIGHTSLINK supporting human rights, and interned at the Legal Aid Society of New York. She was a member and articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Ms. Day participates in all phases of the firm's practice.
Ms. Day is currently a member of the Steering Committee for the American Constitution Society San Diego Lawyer Chapter.
