Biography

Olivia Weber joined the firm in 2021.  She works in all areas of the firm's practice, with a particular interest in complex civil litigation matters, environmental justice, transactional matters, and water law.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Weber worked at a complex civil litigation firm where she gained experience in antitrust, copyright, and patent law actions as well as other commercial cases.  Previously, Ms. Weber clerked for the Hon. Morgan B. Christen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for the Hon. Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Weber earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She received Pro Bono High Honors and served as research editor and staff editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.

Prior to law school, Ms. Weber earned a B.A. in Philosophy with high honors from the University of Montana, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Team and a commercial river guide on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River.
