Charles J. Kidd joined the firm in 2018 and works in all areas of the firm’s practice. He is a member of the Alaska and Oregon Bars. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kidd clerked for Judge Philip M. Pallenberg of the Juneau Superior Court.

Mr. Kidd graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017, where he had extensive clinical and clerkship experience in affordable housing law. He also served as an editor on The Tax Lawyer and interned with the National Indian Gaming Commission. He received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Reid Chamber’s Federal Indian Law Seminar for his paper on tribal-state gaming compacts while at Georgetown.  Mr. Kidd received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014.
