Federal Indian law is the cornerstone of the firm's general practice. Over the years the firm has represented scores of tribal governments, health-care providers, Native American non-profit and business corporations, state-chartered Indian governments, Indian housing authorities and other Native American interests in the United States and in Canada. In addition to litigation, general counsel and commercial representation, a major part of our practice has traditionally been representing our clients before state legislative, regulatory and administrative tribunals, before Congress, and before federal agencies situated locally and in Washington, D.C.
