Biography

Noah Goldenberg (Lower Sioux Indian Community) joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldenberg clerked for the Honorable Susan P. Graber of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable G. Murray Snow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Mr. Goldenberg works in all areas of the firm’s practice, with a particular focus on natural resources, gaming, treaty rights, water rights, and trial and appellate litigation.

Mr. Goldenberg graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was an articles editor on the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Goldenberg is received the 2023 Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing for his work on his law review note. During law school, Mr. Goldenberg was a member of the Indian Legal Program. He participated in the Indian Legal Clinic and received the Indian Law Certificate. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David B. Gass of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
