Administrative Assistant

Sonosky Chambers is a national law firm devoted to representing Native American interests across the United States.  Sonosky has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant in the Anchorage office.  The administrative assistant will serve as the primary liaison with the firm administrator in our DC office and will perform daily administrative tasks for our Anchorage and Juneau offices, including light accounting/bookkeeping, coordination with facilities contacts and outside vendors, and HIPAA compliance.  Prior law office experience is preferred, but not required.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.  Candidates should have current computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and user support experience), the ability to prioritize tasks, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.  We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.  Please send your resume and cover letter to Sarah Buzard Or by regular mail to: Sarah Buzzard, 725 E Fireweed Lane, Suite 420, Anchorage, AK 99503.
