A major thrust of our firm's Alaska practice is the representation of Alaska Native interests, reflecting our overall nationwide mission to advance Native American rights. The firm's Alaska offices also represent nationwide clients on the full range of Indian law matters described in the "Our Practice" section of this website, with particular expertise in the areas of health law, Indian Self-Determination Act contracting and compacting, and complex civil litigation. The firm's Anchorage office is located downtown on 5th Avenue, a block from the State Courthouse and close to a number of state and federal offices.
From the Anchorage Airport
Our office is approximately a five-mile drive from the Anchorage Airport. Leaving the airport, the airport exit becomes International Airport Road. Continue for one and one-half miles and take the right-lane exit for Minnesota Bypass North (Downtown). Minnesota Bypass is a one-way street to downtown Anchorage and becomes I Street as you approach downtown Anchorage. Our office is located in the octagonal glass Fifth Avenue Building at the corner of I Street and Fifth Avenue, directly across from the Captain Cook Hotel.
